HOW TO GET HERE

When you arrive on Arran, as you leave the pier and head onto the main road, you turn left for Lamlash, which is just 3 miles up the road.Lamlash Golf Club can be found as you drive into the start of the village of Lamlash, coming from Brodick (or the Ferry). You will see the course and splendid views open out before you on the left hand side as you drive down the hill towards the village.The clubhouse is situated on the left hand side, with ample car parking space just below it.

The Ardrossan - Brodick Ferry is run by CALMAC and runs all year round with two boats sailing each day througout the busier Summer period (mid April to mid October). There is a regular train service from Glasgow Central station which mees each boat crossing. The journey takes about 45 minutes and the Ardossan Harbour station is right beside the Ferry Terminal.

Ardrossan Harbour can be reached by car in approximately 50 minutes from Glasgow. There are two popular routes: 1 - Past Glasgow airport on the M8 onto the A737 before Johnstone then continue on the A737 via Dalry to Kilwinning, and onto the A78 for Ardrossan, or 2 -Travel down the M77 and A77 to Kilmarnock, then via the A71, and A78 to Ardrossan.
